Digital Products

JAZ-X Innovation Products sells digital products, including WordPress and WooCommerce plugins. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment and order completion, customers may receive a download link, product files, and license details by email.

License Use

Each product license may be used only according to the activation limit shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, one license is valid for one website/domain only. You may not share, resell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or distribute your license key or product files without written permission from JAZ-X.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing correct order and contact information
  • Keeping your license key private
  • Ensuring that your WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, hosting, and plugins meet the product requirements
  • Maintaining a backup of your website before installing or updating a plugin

Support

We provide reasonable product support for valid license holders. Support does not include custom development, theme customization, third-party plugin conflicts, hosting configuration, or changes outside the normal functionality of our product.

Updates and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue product features when necessary. We do not guarantee that every product will remain compatible with every third-party theme, plugin, browser, hosting provider, or future version of WordPress/WooCommerce.

Limitation of Liability

JAZ-X Innovation Products will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, data loss, loss of sales, website downtime, incompatibility issue, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or products means you accept the updated terms.
