JAZ-X Innovation Products sells digital software products that are delivered electronically through download links and license keys.

Digital Product Refunds

Because our products are digital and may include immediate access to downloadable files and license keys, refunds are generally not available after the product has been downloaded, the license key has been issued, or the license has been activated.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue, please contact us at support@jazx.online before requesting a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve verified issues related to the normal functionality of the purchased product.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of technical knowledge to install or configure the product
• Incompatibility caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting, or custom code
• Failure to read the product description or requirements before purchase
• A license that has already been activated or used
• Incorrect purchase made by the customer

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before digital delivery or license issuance, where possible. Once a license key or download link has been issued, cancellation may not be possible.
