Software License Agreement

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

This Software License Agreement applies to all plugins and digital software sold by JAZ-X Innovation Products.

License Grant

After successful purchase, JAZ-X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased software on the number of websites/domains permitted by your license.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, one license allows activation on one website/domain.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Install the software on your licensed website
• Use the software for your own website or a client website
• Receive product updates and support according to your valid license

Restricted Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, copy, lease, rent, or transfer the software
• Share or publish your license key
• Remove copyright notices or product branding
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create a competing product from the software
• Use one license key on more websites than your purchased activation limit

License Activation

The software may communicate with our license system to verify your license key and activation domain. An internet connection may be required for activation, updates, or license verification.

We may suspend or deactivate a license where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, excessive activations, chargebacks, or violation of this agreement.

Ownership

The software, source code, design, documentation, branding, and all intellectual-property rights remain the property of JAZ-X Innovation Products. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the software from all websites under that license.
